1. Why did I receive a product in the mail? I don't remember ordering it.

As a member of the club, you may be sent, from time to time, exclusive members-only products such as gardening books and videos for your consideration. You can purchase them at your members-only price, or return them to the Club (we pay the postage on any introductory offer). It's a great way to build a library of useful information that will last you many years.
